UGLYYYY... BORINGGGG...
It looks like camry (front) and avalon (end). I would never spend a buck on that POS.
btw, S2KAD, what is that blue car you're in. My impression from the colour it is M3 cabrio. But hood is not like bmw. what is it?

Back window looks vertical, like a SUV rear window... front has what looks like carbon fiber/look windshield wipers. Anyhow, they aren't his pics.

No. That is so low for an SUV. Maybe it is a Golf with such a vertical rear window.

It's not a Maxima because the Maxima was already redesigned. That's the upcoming M45. And dangit I missed it. That pic was taken mere minutes from where I live, on the southbound 101 here in Scottsdale.
Nissan has fallen into a rut making all its cars have that huge curve design idea. The Altima, Max, G35 and M45 are all very much born of the same idea. Personally I think the current M45 looks like a badass mo ('cept for the taillights...this is a running theme with Infiniti M cars).
Right now the M45 basically gives no one an excuse to buy a Q45. Hopefully the next Q will be a huge improvement.

that thing is a maxima....... quad exhaust and the side windows look exactly like the maximas.......
Rear wheel drive, independent rear suspension. It might look like the Max but that is really just Nissan doing a good job with brand identity. This is actually based on the replacement for the G35 platform.
