Lets take into consideration of the total weight of each vehicle.
Anyone know the specs on each car weight wise?
E92 M3
C63
RS4
IS-F?
we all know its 400+hp cars lol.

RS4. Manual tranny, AWD, lots of power, looks great, best interior (arguably), nicest wheels, and all-weather capable.
The M3 doesn't look that great to me and the C63, while amazing, doesn't have a manual tranny.
This assumes that I'd still have the S2000. If I didn't have the S2000, I'd probably pick the M3 since it is probably the sportiest and most engaging to drive.

BMW M3 for sure!
I refuse to buy Michelin tires because of the F1 debacle, and I would refuse to spend my money on a car that is made by a company that is associated with McLaren, or should I say with McCheaters...

looks - C63
performance - M3?
practicality - RS4
Id prolly go for the M3 if it was my only car, the C63 if it was my daily driver, or RS4 if I had to put up with a lot of snow.
