It doesn't seem to matter. I went through four dealerships when I had my T-Bird, and they were all terrible. They were all independant dealerships too, not part of a chain.

The last one I dealt with ordered the wrong radiator four times. Four times! Can you not read a damn part number and place an order?
I finally had to call Detroit to get them moving on that one. They had the car ten days to replace a freaking radiator.

You could always do what I did when Ford told me they could not fix my wife's car, Lemon law- Ford will try and wait you out but in your case it is a lease that might be up by the time the thing is settled.

I've had a bad experience at only one Ford dealer myself. I've had a bad experience at a Toyota dealership as well. That didn't lead me to be ass about Toyota.
