Tough to say. CTR has no end of production (but limited supply) whereas the RS is no longer in production so very definitely limited in supply. That may raise values of the RS in the near future, if they are relatively reliable. The CTR still isn't readily available so you're not going to see deals on them for a while, I don't think, which will keep resale high until supply is relaxed.
Hey other RS owners, just to let you know Ford has recalled all Focus RS and offered a free head gasket replacement. My mate got the following email (he's based in Australia) and had the work done free of charge.
