Eco mode saves ONE mile per gallon when it shuts down four cylinders. I never use it as you can feel the engine transition.

I agree. I don’t have that, but one of my car’s has automatic engine shut-off and I always disable it. I also had the skip-shift removed in my other car. Both of them annoyed the crap out of me.

If you want bang for the buck, American is where its at! the mustang, as well as many other american cars, are unrivaled in performance per dollar. Sold my s2000 4 weeks ago, bought a Gen III Viper last week.

1. I like the mustang but would never buy because everyone in my area has one.
2. I thought the heat issues affected the earlier gen vipers...

I love all sorts of cars, I currently have a Shelby and the S2000, as well as a Wrangler. Prior to the S2000 I had a 2010 911-S. I’ve had many other cars too, but these were all recent. My take is it is great to have both, nothing compares to the power and sound of my Shelby, the aftermarket exhaust is exhilarating. I think about selling the Shelby once in a while because I don’t have a lot of time to drive it, after one drive I change my mind. The S2000 is obviously much different, but just as fun, in a different way. Just like the Jeep is fun in a different way. I might go back to Porsche, they are solid cars, but for now I’m very happy with what I have. If I could only have one toy it would be the 911, but for now I choose 2, the 911 gives you close to the power of the Shelby and very close to the nimble handling of the S2000, that’s why it is known as the Ultimate Sports Car.

At some point I want to try a Viper, I have been tempted to try a Corvette too. I do worry about the Vipers Size, it is BIG.

AEV Jeep Wrangler-

I do miss this Car, it was Awesome-

For whatever reason I don’t have many pics of the Shelby-

Most recent purchase-

The viper is tiny, for a car with its power. It’s about 5 inches shorter than a 911. It’s just wide. Since it’s short, it looks even wider. But, it’s a relatively small car.

Interesting my research shows it about the same length as the 911. The wide part, as well as the longer wheelbase, are my concerns, I am concerned this will take away the nimble feel of the car. The Corvette is similar in having a much wider and longer wheelbase then a 911. I understand it helps on the track, but my fear is it makes it less fun to drive on back roads and that is where I would be driving mine for the most part.

I do love the Viper, I almost bought one in 2014 when they were going for $25K or so under MSRP. I should've, it appears they are worth as much or more then that now used.
