Good choice! I love this vehicle and would own one if the trunk were a bit bigger.

^damn that looks pretty cool.
waltk88, I'm not the greatest with attending local events. Occasionally go to the Cars & Coffee events hosted by Leith Porsche. I'm a member of the Carolinas PCA, but don't attend their autox's. I do, however, plan on attending their HPDE @ VIR in November.
I live just south of downtown Raleigh; what region did you move to?

Congrats; great choice. I saw one that exact color and wheel combo this morning near Arlington Cemetery and it looked great. In the mist/rain it looked a bit like a gray ghost. I think it was a GTS.

Fun cars, a bit too small to be super useful as a SUV more like a tall car. I drove a turbo a few years ago and it was quick to about 70 and then didn't feel that fast at highway speeds. The handling felt very car like and the interior was pretty nice.

I’ve been driving a 2019 base Cayenne service loaner for the past four days. I got into my Macan S for the first time this morning since getting the Cayenne. I have to say, it felt so responsive and sports car like compared to the Cayenne.
Even though the Cayenne is almost a full second slower to 60, the biggest difference in feel wasn’t straight line performance. It was handling feel and “tossability”, which I attribute to the 300-400lb weight difference and the bigger wheel and tire package optioned on my Macan.
Spending time with the Cayenne reminded me how great my Macan S is to drive. I’m really curious how it would do on a track. VIR is the closest, but I’m not sure they allow SUVs.

Glad you still love it!
As an aside, I switched to the Hurricane region (as far as membership goes haha). Went to the C&C at Leith this past Saturday; don't suppose you were there?

I didn’t make it out to Leith. I’ve attended a few times, but go out to Porsche Southpoint more often. Hope to see you at a C&C event some time soon.
