How many owners would consider a recall a preventative measure and not a nuisance?
on the flip side, how many people react to recalls b/c they ARE a nuisance?
my dad's had a recall on his 05 E500....still o/s....and i think it has to do with brakes.
he's like, "whatever"......i'll get it done when i get it done.
what is he going to write down in the box "how many times have you taken it for something beyond normal service", when he hasn't taken it in yet?
