Well, it's third time lucky I suppose.

I always 'got' the Z3 pastiche of the 328, although most potential buyers had no sense of humour.

The Z4 was fine for Noddy & Big Ears, od as Stuart Lee's comedy vehicle.

This is the same design, done with balance and proportion and a degree of subtlety.

...Or in other words, it no longer looks like a foreskin.

The corporate design tags dominate the design, it's a shame the makers badge isn't enough any more.
Strangely it is beginning to look like a Volvo with some of them removed.

That nose makes a great latter-day P1800! Simon Templar, anyone?

it does ruin modern design imo. i know they claim all the regs make it hard but hard is not impossible in my book. there are so many dull looking cars, maybe the masses need the brand tags?

that vw scirroco looks like it was going to be good then they decided they needed to work on something else

the new tt is the old tt

there seems a dearth of individuality at the minute, this is better but its still unresolved, the 370z is worse than the 350.... i'd just not bother and end up with an evoi think

I wonder if you may be closer to the truth than you may imagine!

I can see how the squares would prefer the new model; it looks so tame and boring, without any Inspiration, like a dull Jap copy of the original edgy design, dumbed down for mass consumption for people who like cars in neat little boxes without bringing any thing new to the table and that colour is awful

I quite liked the old one (horrid gearbox and tyres but otherwise I liked it), and the new one looked pretty when we saw it in black - doesn't suit that horrible colour at all!
