Has anyone driven a standard M3 and a CSL on track?

I know a racer type person who has got one but forgot to ask him what it was like when you use it properly

Moff I did see that one too, not sure it does anything for me for some reason... Maybe a coupe one if they do it.
The PH ad that I linked to was for the Coupe

I don't like the roadster, but love the coupe.

Jamie - the champagne leather is very nice... a very pale biege colour:

Well depends what everyday car is to you I spose. If its struggling to get in and out of if, not needing to ever get shopping or take friends out then its perfect. But most people an everyday car requires a bit more than spending 5 mins getting in and out.
I'm a sack hair short of 6ft and get in and out of mine maybe 2secs slower than I did my S2K. I also pick up some shopping most nights. Not a weekly shopping, mind, but odds and ends, a few days worth of dinners etc.

The boot is fairly generous, it's just the boot opening that isn't. It handles the snow and heavy rain way better than my S did too.

It's not going to give a Mondeo Estate a run for its money in the practicality stakes but it really is fine for our kind of demographic to use every day.

Seen some for 27,500, you will get them for 25,000. Bottom is falling out of these things as they are old hat now.

I looked at that on the Z4M coupe when I was last looking.
As yet it is unproven on the Z!

Yes I was pulling his leg, still an M3 though really, just a bit lighter.
