Default 350z - anyone driven/owned one?

well, i wrote my S off earlier this month and my insurance money is due sometime soon.

i know people on here are gonna be biased, but if anyone has owned/driven a 350z i'd appreciate any comments on the experience.

i'm just exploring my options really and this is just one car on my list of possible choices.

i am also considering another S, but i just want to weigh up my options before going out and spending.

Drove one for a few hours a couple of years ago - really liked it! Don't have anything particularly constructive to add as it was years ago, but I vaguely remember the brakes being amazing, and generally it being a good fun but fairly easy car to drive around.

I've considered one a couple of times but backed out due to a few factors:

1. The rear view is quite fugly
2. There's quite common now
3. I didn't like the seats on a test drive

Generally pretty decent cars though so definitely worth considering.

The new 370Z looks pretty good too.

Yes i have drove one, older one though i have commented on a few threads about them.

In a nutshell, a bit dosile and not that exciting to drive, crap MPG, boot was a bit lacking.

But nice inside, all the toys quite descent looks and good at cruising.

I know the hiked the power in later ones, well thats what the dealer told me.

I drove one a while ago, I wasn't that impressed, I'd just sold a Cayman S at the time, so that might have something to do with it.

It didn't really feel that quick or special, it does most things well, I'm sure it

Funnily enough I drove a colleague's 350Z earlier today. I liked it although his wheel alignment was off which held me back (along with the fact he was sat next to me at the time ).

It felt like a comfy armchair compared to the S. I prefer the S
