Did everyone, like myself, miss 5th Gear's job advert for their new presenter? Luckily I have found a copy...

'Irritating c**t required for long running, popular TV motoring program. Must have NO interest or ability in anything connected with motoring.

Previous experience should be limited to hospital radio or light entertainment.

Key roles will include, but are not limited to, debasing this successful series with banal and inane commentaries on subjects you clearly have no interest in.

Where on earth did they get this muppet from!? I have never found myself skipping through an episode of 5th Gear - until this series.

PLEEEEASE - get rid of this moron. I'm stunned that they even allow this guy on hallowed turf. (Don't get me started on the 'soft-focus' filming at the ACE!!!)

5th gear is part of the car-hater lobby's attempt to make motoring uninteresting & therefore extinct.

 

He's great on Soccer a.m. and I don't even really like soccer.

5th Gear just doesn't really work, whoever is on it.

 

It worked with Tiff and Plato, and VBH to a lesser extent.

Lovejoy is indeed and utter utter c**t.

lovejoy is quite amusing on soccer am.

i don't watch 5th gear, it's been shyte for years, tiff and plato are both knobs with about as much charm as a fecking black widow..
