Pretty, but looks like a monster truck conversion on those stupidly large wheels.
wheels are way too large, the car looks too small for them ... actually I don't like the rest of the car either
especially that pink and white one.Director in work has just bought a new 991 on silly large wheels and the 997 looks much better.
I really like it.
If i was in the market for another convertible and had the money I'd buy one of these - seriously.
Would have to be the 3.4L though, relatively lightweight and it has impressive MPG for the performance too.

I love the way they're all backpedalling on how steering feel suddenly no longer matters, because the car is good & Porsche so worshipful...
These are the idiots who would have totally slagged off the feel of Citroen's DIRAVI/VariPower system.

Do either of them ever not give Porsches rave reviews?
I'm with Nick - the number of times the S2000 'would have been the winner of this group test if is wasn't for the lack of steering feel', now suddenly it's immaterial.....

The whole steering feel is interesting to me. How is it defined? As in the "power steering feels similar to an unassisted setup"? Is hydraulic better then electric, or merely "different"?
Looks like an MR2 with oversized wheels
I know there are a lot of thick people out there but does anyone with half a brain care what reviewers/testers think?
I'll drive the car I'm interested in and no-one else will influence my decision to buy it
The backtracking on steering feel tells you all you need to know about tester/reviewer independence

i use reviews as a guide.. ie every review i've read loves the e90 M3 therefore that's on my shortlist.
i'm pondering that big lexus but ultimately i think looks are a factor, hence why i ruled out the C63 AMG despite good reviews.
i think they have their place. unless you want/need to drive every alternative out there, like a filter i guess to tell you the Audi RS4 will destroy your bank balance and not be fun at highly illegal speeds. the 8 speed box on the lexus seems overkill too
