I think Jamie was being tongue-in-cheek about the S2000 itself - "never throws you off the road"!

many posts over the years about the S2000's way of doing just this

with a judiciously located patch of gravel or wet road

add a small throttle input and the LSD's help

the reason why the S2000 spins off the road is the sack of meat in the drivers seat. End of.

Yeah, I find those steaks and sausages off putting when I'm driving.

Can't see any reason Honda would put them there as standard.

It's clearly related to the S2000 then.
