They do it now and then. Glad my car is off the road at the min, but I've printed off the regs off the DVLA site for import cars and kept it in the glovebox - just incase.

looking at the comments, mum of 3 in Bournemouth seems to be having a whale of a time winding herself up into a self-serving, sanctimonious, middle class frenzy. Ah well at least they have a "shop your fellow man" hotline
