For all TRACKER customers
I've had Tracker for the last 5 years or so, but as the car is now 10 years old and not worth an awful lot I decided to cancel my subscription as at ~£140 it didn't represent value for money given the risk involved.
To do this I filled out some forms and sent them off to Tracker around a month ago.
Today I got a call from Tracker to enquire about my reason for cancelling (today is my last day of cover with them) and I explained my reasons.
The guy on the phone then offers me a year's cover for £60 which I duly took out.
Moral of the story - Cancel your subscription at renewal and then try and negotiate with them, it has just saved me £80.

You can also pay for three years and get life time of ownership cover.
On my M3 I have taken out there £150ish a year cover for the first year, with the option of having this amount deducted from the 3 year deal if I decided to take it out later.
I decided not to in my first year as I will probably only keep the car 12-18 months before I move on to my next car.
