It looks like an Aston Martin 'Speed' to me

no worries. i spotted the badge first and clicked on it to make sure

reminds me of some of the stuff in that chefs milli miglia program.

Yeah, this one raced in 1935 and finished 15th. Went for a spin yesterday as he's just had all the suspension refurbed and it had been painted green for racing in Ireland so they found the original colour when it was stripped down and its back to red again now. Was a experience being driven round Derbyshire, windscreen down and about 5 degrees!

Heres another picture once i'd got squeezed in the passenger seat!

He was in the programme, he passengered in his mates Aston in 2008 and raced in the 2007 MM in his 'other' Ulster!

excellent. i thought it prodded my memory, the side exhaust is pretty distinctive

it looks a tight fit

what was it like? bumpy? remotely quick or just scary?
