Default Anti Roll bars

Just been told that I have managed to snap the anti roll bars on our work Volvo

How would I know that they had broken and what would cause it?

Is it new? The drop link would snap long before the arb, unless its years old and plenty corroded.

Being a very typical girl with no idea about cars, is this just something that would happen or could I have contributed to it some how?

Wear and tear.

However, if you have managed to snap the Roll bar, you have done something pretty special - especially if you haven't noticed!!
