It's the 140bhp model. I've no idea how much torque it has.

It's a company chariot; it had to be diesel and it had to be 4/5 door, so my choice was limited.

I'd have looked at the C30 had I been allowed a 3 door, but I'm not, so I didn't.

what mpg will it do?

edit i checked.. 37-57 mpg

the 105hp 1.9 does 42-67

EDIT

this one has 236 lb/fts and the 1.9 has 184 of 'em

I've still got the Mondeo, never mind the S!

Mondeo is going, S is staying, for now. I'll review my usage of it over the next 8 months or so, and if it's not getting used, I might let it go.

It's only just turned over 1,000 miles this morning, so might improve, or get worse.
