Default Any experience of EBC Brake Discs

http://www.ebcbrakesdirect.com/car/info.asp

Like the title says. ...

I've got to get two new rear disks on the Corvette to get it through the MOT and I've only got 10 days before the re-test.
So I'm limited to disks that I can source quickly.

Gonna take the opportunity to replace all the disks with some decent ones. So far, all I've found are the EBC Disks.

Need to order them before 12:00 Weds so I can fit them this weekend.
Thoughts?

I had some on the fronts on my Audi S3 - good discs but the grooved / pitted ones had a tendancy to 'howl' when breaking from moderate speeds (60/70mph) - apparently this was to do with the grooves, and when you were in the mood it was a great noise, but became a bit tiresome when you just wanted a quiet drive!

Brakes that howl. Could be fitting.
Better than squeaking I guess.

Are you going to fit EBC pads as well?

Just fitted EBC Redstuff Pads to the M3 & very pleased with the them, very noticeable stopping performance increase!

I got a set of disks and pads all round for my Teg when I had it and they where great, had no problems with them. I got the red stuff pads and it could stop on a 50p afterwards so be careful if you do fit them
