Debadge it.

Mine is parked on the drive, my insurers can replace it and if someone tries to knock for my keys I have a basement where we could discuss it for a while
To the sound of Enya

Are you working in Soho Notts?

I am up there for a couple of days next month (Broadwick) if you fancy a pint

I ve not got on to trackers yet, but one is on my list, perhaps people could help with my situation below?

I park the car in a double gated underground private car park, it still gets phone signal as it is only one level down. The car park is not where I live so I can't easily keep an eye on The car. Does anyone know if there is a solution out there that would notify me if the car were suddenly to move from a given location?

I did think about the target aspect must admit, don't like that too much. Passat diesels don't seem to be that popular.

goes with the territory - nice house, car or both and scrotes will sniff around

they'll want the keys, so they will take them from the house or from the driver - you need to think about both scenarios

you can make the house impregnable but then they'll target the driver when they are in the car or about to get in/out of it - that's more problematic

Perhaps not, but this thread isn't about an s2000...

I'm with gad on this one tbh - with a car of that ilk - ie desirable but replaceable, you're almost better off not having it back.

Is there an auto shutdown option? A friend of mine dropped his girls off at home before going to the petrol station to fill his RS6. He was jacked on his driveway.

The crims made it 4 miles away before it coughed to a stop

I'd have thought some sort of auto shut-down that locked the deadlocks and called the police to the location would be a good solution.

CERTAINLY wouldn't want the car back after that, mind.

I know the s2k isn't worth much but I've spent a lot of time tinkering with mine so don't like the idea of having to start again, and not living near the car makes it hard to know if it is still there.

Can anyone help with my questions about a tracker that automatically notifies on a change in location?

One of the Tracker options offers auto-notification

Clifford Blackjack or Blackjax does the switch off after a few yards/miles thing
