Default Astonishing!

I was at the Revival at the weekend and Kenny Brack certainly looked quick in Adrian Newey's GT40 but this in car footage....good grief!

Wild!

Watch him past the pits at the end of his first lap

Yes I was at the Revival on Saturday and the touring car race with the minis, the galaxy 500's, the BMW 1800's and those Alfa GTA's was a fantastic race! But the GT40 race was also great. I couldn't believe the amount the drivers were pushing in that race, considering that each car was somewhere in the region of 5 mill a piece!

By the way ian, you don't happen to own a Silverstone 05 do you?

I owned a 2001 Silverstone S2000 until about 6 years ago until sold it to help fund the purchase of my current car - a Circuit Blue NSX.

Ah ok, very nice car you have upgraded to! Was only asking as the only S2000 I saw all day was a Silverstone 05 with red interior.

That's properly nuts.

What cracks me up are some of the comments on youtube giving tips on how he could have driven better.

It looks a slippy as hell and he's twice as fast as everybody else by the look of things, but the internet heros know better.

Loved this one:

"I think modern slick tires must be banned!"

and this:

"Clearly something's wrong with the car that makes it so unstable, maybe the tires. Not normal"

"Highly skilled driver but overdrove the f@#k of the car"
