I am a weekend driver only and update my B2 every time before I head out. I have noticed recently that the updates have been inaccurate. A couple of new cameras were missing but more obviously and annoyingly, old specs that are no longer there, and a couple of cameras that have been taken down due to roadworks are still alerted for. Also some cameras have not had there speed rating updated, which is nearly as bad as not alerting for a new camera. False specs alerts get particularly annoying as you can imagine.

Now I wouldnt mind so much if a few months back I hadnt paid a lump sum to pay for 3 years worth of updates, but less than a year in Im feeling a little peeved.

Im wondering if they have become a victim of the crunch and are no longer updating sites. Is it me, or has anyone else noticed this too?

Hmmmm, I have the pogo drive which is the B2's successor but I've not used it for a few weeks and so I can't comment. However, I chose not to buy more than 12 months' subscription due to my concern that the circumstances you describe could occur.

 

i've not had an update on my b2 since the subs ran out, they are not putting many new cameras in now and you can mark cameras yourself (assuming you're on regular routes)

Mine hasn't removed some of the old spec cameras on the M4

Annoying as hell.

Subs until July & wondering whether to carry on or not. Declined their 3yr offer last year as didnt know how long the b2 would last!
