This study just confirms what any driving instructor - such as my wife - will tell you: There are some people who should never be allowed on the road even if they can scrape their way through a test after 100+ lessons.

if you fail twice, then you shouldnt be on the road...
some people just dont have the skill.

I had to look it up to understand it!

Thanks for your help with the winter car thing by the way, the genuinely helpful and the not so helpful! I looked up that NSU Prinz on autotrader, thinking it was a genuine recommendation! I'll learn...
