Default Bleeding cooling system

I have just changed the radiator on a renault scenic DCI my2000.

Posting here on the off chance that we may have a mecahnic in our midst that would be able to tell me the correct procedure for refilling and bleeding the cooling system.

I can only find one bleed screw on the pipe the enters the bulkhead and although I have opened this and some air has come out, the heater still runs completely cold when the engine has warmed up.

if it isnt a fault described in the above link ,

just open everything up ,rad cap off, then squeeze and shake every water hose you can see , plus i would leave the bleed valve open
