I think it's par for the course I'm afraid Lloyd.. People don't like porsches.. Pity.
I can't say I've really experienced that in the 9 months and 6,000 miles or so that I've had the 911.

Mind you, I suppose that might be because it's an old one and isn't obviously a fashion statement or an expression of how much money I have? Dunno. I've been pleasantly surprised though. The few reactions it has elicited have all been positive.

See here for an instance of the gesticulator not being as invulnerable as he thought he was!

There is no harm at all in having a little bit of fun not letting people in every now and again... but doing it when there is on coming traffic is just mad.

Its pure and simple envy when someone does something like this, and verbal abuse just adds to how much you should laugh at them, give them a little wave and laugh as you drive past. Will hurt them far more then shouting back.

This is what I mean, ok tease me and make it difficult, I was not que jumping, I aimed to go behind the car I was originally behind, it was the little tw@t in the Tigra who jumped by under-taking (id like to see how this works out in the eyes of insurance, highway code and Police?) he and the person behind blatently put me in a path of danger for no real reason, not saying I am the best driver in the world but I can hold my own. My thoughts were this could of been a very sweet gorgeous Blonde who did not know what to do in panic stay with the Tigra and get killed by the on coming truck. This is why I feel with my experience of driving I need to teach the idoit a lesson one way or another.

Is it because people perceive your car as not a real porsche?

Sell the boxster and buy another S,being a porsche driver is giving you excess paranoia and delusions of owning the road/thinking your car makes everyone in the world envious.
