Just went down the local 'used' garage. They had a Porka there. (My g/friend is interested in going to the otherside, so I went to do some grnd wrk for her). Anyway, it was a ropey S plate, been a daily runner, not looked after 2.5. Went for a whizz about anyway and thought it was different but not exciting. Came back . Anyway while I was away they had another one show up. Mint 2.7, W Reg 20K on the clock. Looked stunning, v welll looked after. Out I went again and thought this is sweet, didn't feel extremely fast but went very nicely thank you. I do love the sound of 'em mind you.

I then step in my S to whiz home and tried to compare the 2. I'm not a car buff so don't know what a good car is from a bad one. They are totally different. The S is lighter to handle, far more comfy seats, better package for the money. Mine is an '02 GT so about

Absolutely nuffin'. She is looking to get either a new S2 in that funny pink (sorry Ade) or a Boxster. I quite fancy the idea of dating a hot chick in a Red Boxsters, call it a fantasy, so I am pro whatever she does.

What I am trying to say, is do I like the Boxster cause its great or cause it's a Porsche? I think its both. There is nothing to dislike about them.

Maybe, they look quite different. The rear of the S and that of my g/friend is the best IMHO.
