Brake!
I bet this guy is related to the house park guy in the TT from the other thread.
'Sorry officer, I was turning the steering wheel but then I realised it was the glove box...'
I honestly don't understand how he did this, pressing the clutch with your right foot is pretty difficult!

I've got a drive in an MP4-12C coming up with this company soon, fortunately, there are only two pedals in those...
There was someone on this forum recently who "missed" the brake pedal and rear ended someone as a result. I can't remember who that was.
This guy is doing a max of 77mph with no cars on the road. He should be forced to retake his test. At least when morons mistakenly press the throttle, you can argue the same foot. I suppose it doesn't help when you have someone blabbering next to you.
Sorry, this is a real collosal, absolute, dunderhead action.
I can sort of understand that too, maybe it slipped off or whatnot. But this bloke would have had to move his foot miles across the footwell!

I slipped off the brake pedal once trying to heal toe into 2nd and coasted straight over a cross road once. Learned not to do that in the wrong shoes again.
It appears a lot of posters are assuming that he's using his right foot to brake.
I suspect he's left foot braking and hitting the clutch (unusual car/pedal for him, used to left-foot braking in autos etc.)
That's not to excuse the driver, clearly not safe on the track (or roads for that matter!!)

Maybe he came from playing video games with a wheel/pedal setup and fancied some real track action and tried to replicate his technique in real life.

I don't know of any drivers of automatic transmissions who use their left foot to brake. Surely only racing / professional drivers do that?
