For someone who lives very close to the Midlands and commutes there on a regular basis I can agree.

Most of them are either leathered, uninsured or sharing a license between the whole effin family too........

Thats not a generalisation either thats from bitter experience of 3 full losses due to no insurance and false details etc etc!!!!!!!!

I love the way insurance companies produce figures about accidents when all they have is data on the number of claims made.

There are plenty of people who pay for repairs, or even do it themselves, without making a claim, and some who wait until they have several dents, scratches etc. before submitting a claim.

This explains why 87.5% of stats are useless.

If i would have pin point a major div drier alert for the midlands it would have to be Dudley. I only think they can drive round KFC and they use the learn out the window style of driving while on the main roads.

I don't think this is strictly limited to the Midlands. There's shocking driving and unlicenced / uninsured drivers everywhere.

Heard the other day that Hackney has the highest percentage of drivers leaving an accident without stopping - 25%.
Would they do that if they had a licence / insurance / MOT / Tax / decent eyesight etc etc etc.....
