i think everyone is a sh1t driver.
aside from me, i'm great, i can do 0-60 in 6s and beep a horn at the same time. erm.
in london everyone dings eachother and doesnt admit it. if 50% are uninsured illegals then only 50% claim.. hence the bias. there are clearly less illegal immigrants in the midlands.
come to think of it i'm actually a bad driver too. i had a claim once.

Have you been there recently??!!
In less than 2 years time Birmingham will the first "non white majority" major city. Granted they are not all immigrants but I think you may be suprised!
