Secondly, a lot of morons believe the spill your seed nonsense on gut instinct and the statistical evidence it's bogus is beyond their comprehension. So if you want the imbeciles to vote for you...

 

Speeding is boolean - Are you speeding Yes/No?

W/o due care is entirely subjective, difficult to consitently quantify, and a lot more work to get a conviction.

The guy who knocked me off my bike (with me in a cycle lane) realistically should have been prosecuted for W/O DC&A as he failed to correctly use his mirrors before knocking me off.

However, from my own exploits of late directions from the Wife, I felt sorry for him and upon giving my statement to the Police, explained how it was something anyone could do and probably has done so it would be unfair to punish him for it.

Incidentally, the road I got knocked off on is a 20mph zone. Even the Police speed on it because I do 20mph on my bike and they waft past!!

1 Audi drive and 1 Lexus drive on the M62 this afternoon

 

Pretty easy to doze off if someone gives you an Audi to drive to work.
