Was doing 50 mph is the Pi**ing rain and was getting over taken by every man and their dog, I had to cringe what a Toyota people carrier over took me. The S is lots of fun in the dry but in the wet

The Smart Roadster thread had me thinking, so I was out on a test drive in a Brabus today.

The tail shot out going at a very moderate speed on a roundabout, felt nicely balanced and easy enough to control though.

Saleswoman gave me a telling off though

(Still has a pants gearbox and it's too noisy on the motorway btw :>)
low speed fun, you've got to love it should get Bibbs behingd the wheel too you know you should get one instead of a mini.

I had a Cayman s for a day a few months back while my boxster was in. now my car has pasm which is porsches take on active suspension, the cayman I had was a normally suspended one. I took it out for a spirited drive and it feels slightly quicker certainly firmer and a little sharper at the front, anyway I went into a 90 degree sweeping left hand bend and exited with out any problem, once clear I floored it on a straight but slightly uneven road, at this point I shat myself as the rear gigged violently left then right without any warning, it was only luck that it didnt go arse about face. Not had anything like it in the boxster.

I was passed by a TVR Chimera on the A1 today doing 90 (I was doing 60 in the Mazda with a boot full of amplifiers), there was so much standing water I was half expecting to see it crashed further down the road.
The TVR would be fine since it was on the no aqua-planing Toyo Proxes
