Default Cherished transfer question

Hola,

I applied for my number which was on retention to be assigned to my new car.

In the past it has only usually taken about 3 - 5 days for it to come back.

This one has been 11 days so far, I know they quote upto 10, but it has always been much quicker.

The only problem has been that the retention cert was in my wifes name, and the car it is being assigned to is in mine.

I filled in all of the details to change entitlement, would this hold it up?

I did try ringing them but it was one of those "I'll get the particular office to call you back within a few hours".

I may have missed the call

Thanks

I spoke to them recently.
Apparently up tp 4 weeks to change a numberplate at the moment.

No explanation why.

Local office taking 7 working days at least, seems to vary with regions.?
