I dont think its just the power hike, its everything else they have done to it as a whole ie internals, Susupension etc etc but its a lot of wonga to pay for exclusivity!

On top of the £38k you have to pay extra for the lightweight body panels and the Recaro interior!

Honda really have gone strange on this.

The S2000 should have been the special edition. A lot of people would have been more keen to spend 30k plus on a special S.

The FD2 is a better base, and with some Euro spec Ohlins / Bilstiens, a bit of mapping and some carbon bits would have sold very well, and could have been sub 30k.

Why they are insisting on messing with a lukewarm hatch is confusing.

And the rear wing is dodgy.

It's great that Honda are trying to do something special but I just think it's way off the mark.

£40k buys a second hand GT3, a new Exige, a couple of R26.R's etc... Just hope somebody buys them, but I can't think who.
