Having a standard A4 , driven Audi A4 s line , A5 , A3 S Line don't touch with a barge pole .
I am sensitive to lumbar support and currently have a glutous maximus problem , the seats in all of these do not help at all
The ride in S Line models is positively tractor like and worse than the S
So I would be very careful.
Test drive should be for hours to make sure

My father replaced his mk 2 CRV with a Yeti and really dislikes it. Firm ride and seats and passengers report not bring comfortable in it. If comfort is what you're after I'd avoid.

My missus undertook a test of all the mid 4wd sector. She's spent 2 years in a q3 with drive select suspension, that's been comfortable. She tested volvo , mazda, kia, range, etc.

It was very quickly clear that mazda, kia et Al, despite being similar in price are not as good. The seats generally feel worse despite me trying the top of the range in every manufacturer. Always leather, electric, etc. The feeling was that you sat on, rather than in the seats. If you go through this process, you'll find the same out. You'll find the suspension more wallowy and the cabin not as good.

You will also find that the Xc60 is up there in the sector, particularly the rline (she nearly bought one).

Honest John always used to recommend the Ford C-Max as a comfortable car, dunno if the new style one is as comfortable.

The OH might like the idea, especially with the little one.
