Ok so I decided to go for more power

Decided on a remapped ECU which will allow full opening of the throttle (limited to 65% on Exige S) and add the fuelling and ignition timing to suit. You also get 440 RC injectors which are needed to flow the extra fuel. I think it's about

Good work

Can never have enough power

Why do Lotus only allow 65% throttle opening though? Its a performance car so why strangle it?

A few reasons I guess - first being that it's pretty nuts at 220

I think it just gave them scope to keep the OEM Toyota injectors, but also allows them margin to bring out things like the 255 Cup etc (basically simila upgrade as I have)

It's a drive by wire throttle so electronically limited.

I fully admire your mentality, Mark.

Too much IS never enough.

Cheers Nick!

Welcome to a go if you are in the area.

Bit worried the brakes are going to need attention now!

I seem to remember predicting this

Have you not got some big brakes on there already?

And what happens to the warranty?

I'm looking forward to my passenger ride even more now

Who seriously in the right mind would think you'd keep it standard?!

Thats going to be seriously fun now.

That borescope seems a seriosly useful tool?, where you borrow it from...an operating theatre?

Was it a straight forward reflash of the ECU?

Sounds like fun mate. You are far braver than I on the injector stuff!
