Does sound sweet, my favourite kit car has to be the DAX though which i helped map running a F20c engine.

Its these buggers who put the prices up of second hand engines!

I have considered putting one in a Westfield. Dry sump kit would realistically be needed though as the F20C is quite a tall engine.

Suprisingly, the gearbox is also a bit of a nuisance because it's big, bulky and heavy compared to a type 9. Even though my 205 block is made of iron, the Type 9 box and Cossie engine are lighter, as a package, than the S2000 drivetrain package.

The good news is that the F20C costs a lot less for 250bhp and is a plug'n'play install.

If I had a Zetec in my car, i'd definitely consider the F20C conversion, especially since I have a JDM one outside doing nothing

My boss is a Rob Watson, used to nav for Tim Ball in the Nationals.
They used to race a Darrian T90 on tarmac stages a decade ago.
Ask him if he knows Rob.

He has some great phots on the office wall, and a nice trophy cabinet too.
Good old days

The guy I bought my suspension arms from had bought a damaged S2000 to fit the F20c to his Astra Rallycross car. IIRC he was planning throttle bodies and getting it tuned to 280+
