phone the local council (waste management probably)

you can dispose of almost anything

for example, you can even dump asbestos at my local tip - as long as it's the white stuff and double bagged

completely free as long as it's not trade - which of course it isn't

I'd be amazed if there isn't at least one local tip that takes tyres

Drive with tyres to local garage.

Leave outside shutter doors.

Drive off.

I think they are also used to 'necklace' speed cameras

Don't put ideas in my head, there's a certain camera in High Wycombe that's deserving of that treatment right now
