The Williams is near identical. The only other cars I've seen from testing this week were the Honda and Red Bull but they were 2008 hybrids.

ITV website has a gallery of shocking looking F1 cars, the most recent was the BMW Williams stub nosed monster of only about 4 years ago...

give it a year and we'll all be looking at the 2008 cars going on about the hideous chimneys and wings stuck all over them.

Yeah, the walrus tusks would have been fine if they actually worked. I believe they sacked the aerodynamicist who came up with that after it proved such a spectacular flop.
