Pretty amazing from the on board shot too.

F1 at its thrilling best. Shame the race effectively ended there though, as you said.

Ssh, you'll have Gad calling us a nation of racists!

Can you imagine the indignation & fuss the race police would have made should a white have made the same remark?
He even sneered at Alonso calling him 'that young man'.
Hopefully the tedious boy wonder will get his just deserts by being put firmly in his place and not becoming a world champion.
Article in today's Telegraph about Hamilton laying into Alonso after the race for deliberately trying to push him wide.

(Of course, BB will doubtless have a different take on it. You're such an apologist for Alonso, Gaz!
)
Interestingly, it also reports that Alonso had offered his mechanics a EUR1,000 bonus per race to help him beat Hamilton. The team got wind of it and stamped on it though.
I'd say that, if any doubt had still remained, it's pretty much certain that one of them is going to leave at the end of the season.

I wouldn't be that sure. The pressure for the last few races is now on, this is crunch time. Dennis will want the fastest drivers in his team, not the ones he likes the most. He'd rather a strained relationship with Alsonso winning rather than a nice relationship with Hamilton losing (and vice versa).
Anyway, as I say, it's results that matter. If Alonso comes 2nd at the end of the season, he's gone (swapping with one of the BMW drivers IMO). If he comes 1st, he'll stay.

Also where's Alonso going to want to go that's going to give him a decent car? Ferrari seems unlikely, so it's Renault, who have slipped backwards or somebody like Toyota who have the money but not the pace.
McLaren is probably his best option for 08, and also Alonso is probably McLaren's best option.
