Well done to JB and Brawn team

I always knew he could do it. Massive respect to the guy for sticking with it all these years, and having to put up with all the idiots doubting him and his talent.

I just hope Brawn can give him a competitive car for next year

Really chuffed for Button, a great drive with some really aggressive overtaking manoeuvres.

I'm glad he proved me wrong and I'm more than happy to eat my hat.

New Jap guy was completely banzai too, top entertainment.

it will take more than one race in a pretty fast car to convince me of that

I wouldn't be at all suprised to see him back in the car in Abu Dabi. It wouldn't be the first time a team has ditched their driver for the last race to try out his replacement.

Trulli's been fined for losing his rag with Sutil (not for the incident itself, which was judged to be a racing incident). I think they stopped on opposite sides of the track, so Trulli must have ran across the track to attack Sutil - pretty stupid.

They must be feeling that way, but I don't know if they would have done it this year with the Honda engine.

That Merc engine is something special and I'm sure Button said something similar at the beginning of the season.

Maybe Button did as well, but Barichello said to the press something like "It's great to have a usable engine at last". In other words: "Honda you're crap".

I think it's fair to say they wouldn't have done it with the Honda engine, and perhaps with breaking away from the huge corporation everybody worked that bit harder. It did seem like a very corporate atmosphere when I went there a year ago.

Well done to Jenson and Brawn. Best race today in ages!

to all the Button and Brawn doubters!

Rubens bad luck strikes again with the puncture. Not that it would have made an difference in the end.

exactly what I was going to post
That's what F1 should be like!
Bring back the old tracks and lets seed the clouds for rain at each event
