F1: Spain
Don't fancy the Spaniards chances of any points this weekend, wonder if we will get to see the Macca's and the red cars toe to toe for once this season, MB reckons the edge is with the Ferrari's though by maybe 2/10ths per lap ... we might get to see in Spain
MB drive a maserati 250F, how cool is that?

As Kobe says it's way too early to tell, I wouldn't write anyone off yet lets have this discussion in September

Don't worry about that

As Kimi proved last year, it isn't over 'til its over.
Fast sweeping tracks like Barcelona have suited the red cars over the last few years, it doen't look like this weekend will be any different.
Though they now have an Italian in charge.
Breakdowns are more likely than in the Todt / Brawn era.

I seem to recall you keeping faith in the red cars well beyond 3 races over the last 3 years or so.

it wasn't faith though
it was head over heart
I got a couple of years wrong, and partly thanks to Michael, many more right
I'd love a Brit to be world champion, but it isn't going to happen this year
I said the same things about Button, when the hype was at nearly the same level over him
same verdict from me - not good enough as well as being in a car that wasn't good enough
the problem for Hamilton is that last year he was in a car that was good enough, and some would say he blew it
if he is unlucky, he may never get that chance again
I suspect you're right about the risk of breakdowns, but I also suspect that such is the superiority of the red cars, they can afford a few and still win in a canter
