Default favoritism?

Last night, well 3 am this morning was on my way home from Kingston my sister who was driving her DB8 type r was trying out some cornering techniques through the good old roads off Kingston.

As she was merrily enjoying her driving whilst her speed was at a constant 30 to 35 mph she was later stopped by the police because they apparently couldn't keep up with her... having caught her up me in her car thought she was gonna be done for speeding. As they were ringing HQ 2 other cop cars gathered round suspecting that she was not the owner of the vehicle let alone have insurance for it.

After waiting a couple of minutes the reply was "she is the main driver and policy holder" having heard that i thought right your gonna be done for speeding...but their reply to her was "you're ok to go, take it easy"

WTF... how many of you would think if we were caught like that we'd be booked?

pretty normal really..particularly at drinking time..

I have been stopped several times...with some vague excuse just to stop the car so they can check it and you.. before just letting you go without even a warning.

Ive never even been stopped once. I've passed so many cops doing 33/34 and they've never bothered with me lol. I've even been seen letting the S slide once on the round about and got a smile I guess if your not over the speed limit or just over it a tiny bit most wont bother you even if your going arround sideways as long as theres no one in the way I see no harm.

Come to think of it, my wife and I havent been pulled over once.

No matter what your wheels, should you be driving 'with brio' at 3am of course you will be stopped on sus of drinking.

I was stopped one mid-Sunday morning whilst 'driving with brio' a Blandmobile round a couple of round-abouts. And er I did cut across the front of a Chelsea tractor though - how dreadful of me.

I've been pulled over more times than I can remember for speeding and only received one actual convicition - it's fairly common IYAM.

If they don't get chance to clock you either by timing (difficult in built up areas) or a speed gun (difficult/ impossible when moving), there's not a lot they can do.
