Yesterday evening, I was 'practicing' with my new alignment settings at the M25 J17 link road from the A412, a favoured spot with all sorts of drivers and bikers, a stretch of a three-quarters of mile of dual carriageway, with 'interesting' roundabouts at each end, the one under the M25 containing two bridges/short tunnels.

Also out practicing was a guy in an Elise, althugh we never really got near each other, but better than that, a 355 joins in the fun, and I follow it up to the M25 roundabout, he goes round once, slowing for the bends, and then booting it under the bridges, the glorious wail bouncing off the walls and roof. Cue a huge grin on my face, but even better, we go round the roundabout 3 or 4 more times, with the same procedure, brilliant!

He then flies back down towards the A412 and disappears off towards West Hyde...

I'm just dissapointed that the link wasn't at the very least a sound clip.

 

Practicing, in quotes = getting used to the somewhat different handling of my newly aligned suspension. I wasn't speeding, so why would plod be interested?
