It's the pink stitching that worries me

I like this new shape, and I've got a soft spot for Subarus anyway

they undoubtedly have 'something' about them, whether you like it or not

but I think there's an awful lot of plastic for a 'non-plasticky' interior

somehow I doubt the interior will be looking (or sounding) too clever in three years or so

there's an easy solution to that of course

don't keep it that long

in the meantime, enjoy

There's no more plastic than the S The blue bits on the door are furry fabric stuff

EDIT - except the "centre console" equivilent with the awful casette player - luckily the plastic looks ok - better than the Z4 I had at least !

Couldn't get a different spoiler as the car was 6 months old when I got it - one of the few remaining 06 STi's and almost the only one in black (from dealers - none to be had new!)

The little one at the top is called a Vane apparantly ! God knows what its supposed to do!

There have been issues with a rattle from the right hand air vent - both the cars I test drove before this one did it, and it's been a topic of discussion on scoobynet. Happy to report mine doesn't I imagine it's the sort of car I'll either keep for a year or 2, or until it dies !

Without wishing to sound negative, they really are ugly feckers and that spoiler does not help IMO!
totally agree with you... a complete lack of class and style, unless council estates are where you desire to live.

the car is cluttered - a bit like people who put excess furniture & shit into their house because there is a space by the wall therefore they can.

not my cup of tea, but each to their own.

Bit like dodgy haircuts then. Like you say, each to their own.

I stand by my comment

I drive through these places from time to time

They are characterised by loads of untaxed cars

Semi-dismantled cars

Neglected gardens (I suppose the Council/Housing Association should pay for that as well )

Fat munters with pushchairs

And Chavs

If you venture into a pub on or near to a council estate you will see more evidence for my opinion
