OEM E46 rear springs (on the M3 anyway) are known to snap. So cheap coilovers can't be any worse...

We get this with the S2000.

Logic?
The Germans consider the lower/deeper/wider/bespoilered/bassed-up phase a dubious twilight zone, prior to a car reaching true classic status. The small-time pimp/drug dealer look is so not a good one & dodgy mods can damage an otherwise potential 'keeper'.

Funny thing is though, a lot of new M-Bs may be dressed up to look like the Rude Mercs of a the gravel-yard car dealer lot. Except the quality of the components is obviously OEM.

As I've said before, it's the Mattel Hot Wheels design studio influence ...

To much love for something made of metal IMO.

And yes i'm the same with the S and MK1 Golfs sometimes :-)
And you support this stance by having a photo of your S as a sig?
You haven't even got an S2000 and you're still here

Still got 2 Hondas though,so yah boo sucks to you.

I am sitting on the sidelines watching the rapid decline of standards on here.

I was confused that someone that purports to have no affection for his car would then use a photo of it in his sig.

If it was in his sig on every forum he was on then yes, i'd agree but if it's just on S2ki then it's topical and relevant, not a sign of OCD

I never noticed you raising the bar either when you arrived on here.

Possibly not,but I did not lower it either. At the very least I tried to keep within forum rules and post in readable English, something that is not seen as important now apparently.
Nor did I spam up the main forum with interminable photos of my new "rims", "aggressive" camber and needy posts.
It sometimes seems that Max Power has resurrected as S2ki and if you do not think that this is a decline in standards we will have to agree to differ..

No Ian,not boring at all. You would be surprised how interesting and fulfilled it is.
But thanks for your concern.
