you need to check the timing point..

most people time BTG (bridge to gantry).. since the lap can't be completed on tourist days..

the times posted above are for the full lap including the pit straight.. and since the pit straight is longer than a runway.. the porsche/M5 would have a massive advantage on an S2000..

under 9mins BTG is possible with practise and kind traffic.

I don't doubt them. The Elise and Exige both slow down towards the 150 mark, and the 'ring has a lot of open and sweeping corners, both of which really eat into the advantage the Elise/Exige have over most other road cars.
