Ooo some sense! Makes a change on forums when this sort of thing happens.

Bada Bing,

Just because they have a few quid in the back pocket, doesn't mean they are reckless wankers and have done anything wrong. Or deserve anything other than a fair hearing.
Did you miss the bit where they attempted to flee the country?

Once, you could give him the benefit of the doubt.

But twice, when he summons a private jet to come and collect him, having previously had to surrender his passport but having had it returned "as a goodwill gesture", you rather tend to think the worst.

A balanced view. I was beginning to think all the Porker owners were rallying in support ...

There are two separate themes for me

The first is that the typical participant on this sort of shindig is a complete wanker - I can't be bothered to argue with anyone who thinks otherwise

The second is the point already made that there is insufficient evidence to jump to conclusions about blame. I agree

Are these the two Manc nobs who crashed the Ferrari 360 whilst demonstrating their driving skills (in Morroco I think), on the Gumball videos?

It's very sad for the folks who died

Like others have said, after seeing some of the antics on the videos I'm surprised it's not happened before now
I was just thinking that.

Trying to cross the boarder in another car - Mmmmm sounds very suspect!

I clearly stated that the fact that they had money was not the reason I thought they were wankers. The standard of their driving and behaviour out of the car does.

Many of the tossers I see on TV are clearly spoiled though, which does increase the c0ck factor.

I read in the paper this morning that he is going to get a fast-tracked trial and it will be heard in under 30 days.

With all the publicity the incident has had I reckon they will throw the book at him. Trying to leave the country when on bail could easily be seen as a sign of guilt...
