Handling problem
I swapped the tyres ages ago from the original Bridgestones, which had really hard sidewalls and tramlined really badly.
Put Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetrics on (the newer ones), which are really soft. I've upped the pressure a bit, but it just doesn't feel right and never has since I've changed tyre.
If they're too soft you can feel it doing a sort of "jelly wobble" when you turn, you can feel the wheel shift and then the tyre catch it up. But I've put a bit more air in and it ust feels overly twitchy, not tramliney but not solid either. Could I still need a bit more air? Or is it too much? Or just shitty tyres? Or another problem somewhere else?
What do you reckon (and no okes about it being a scooby and therefore not handling ever!!)

Sounds exactly like the RE050As in the S2000!
Sorry, you're bolloxed.
Only choice is some different rubber.
We've had good experience of Dunlop SP Fast Responses on the Civic, if you don't want 'Stones again.
But generally, OEM tyres are there for a reason.

Thanks guys (and re posting on a scoob forum, handling is handling and there are some good guys here in terms of setup theory etc., besides which this is the "car talk" not the "on topic").
The tyres have been on for a few k miles, so looks like i'll be swapping them for something different when it comes to renewal time - I might try putting even more air in them and see what happens, although I reckon it'll go ice skaty.
The difference between jelly wobble, and skittish seems to be about 1-2psi (when cold)
