I would be the first to pat you on the back if you buy a car from a dealer called Dick Lovett.
Pronounced Dick?......Lovett!

(Think about it....)

As for the Maser, beautiful car, far more characterful and less common than the Porsche, but like every Italian car I've owned (bar the 'Grale) depreciation is heavy and reliability is (reputedly) low.

However, I suspect also like every Italian car I've ever owned, they get under your skin and you seem to be able to forgive all their faults each and every time you drive them (usually from the dealers where they've had their latest tantrum ).

Can't relate any first hand experiences, but I do like the look and sound of them.....

The shame about the 4200 is it doesn't have those gorgeous rear boomerang lights.

How much is the new Gran Turismo going to cost? That looks stunning.

And the great thing about Maser depreciation, is that in a few years, I'll be able to get myself a Quattroporte. It's odd, it's the first 4 door saloon that I've ever really wanted. it just looks completely stunning, and for a car of that type, it has no right to look that good.

A point in its favour imo. Can't stand that vertical slice of a rear end most Massers have.

That'll be where they went wrong with the focus group. They asked agroup of furry woodland creatures to change the design, not people.

yeah, the american's didn't like the rear lights (since when have they had better taste than the italians?)

still love one of the QuatroPorte Evos if it wasn't for the scary bills, remember Performance car or early Evo mag had a red one

Sorry to go off topic but did you find a place to park there? We had a hell of a time trying to find somewhere - ended up driving round in circles for an hour..

lots of old ladies not dissimilar to Miss Marple over there thinking back... No. I dont know why I took the picture either

I'd say do it, but without the auto box! Just the sound alone and the quality of leather is worth it!
