Default Hello all

Hello,

I feel it time to introduce myself, my name is Rich and I've just today put a deposit on an 04 Moonrock S2000 GT with red/black interior and low miles. I'm collecting next weekend, and can't wait!

I have been a petrolhead for the last 8 or 9 years, but being 25 my cars have mainly been of the french and rattly variety. I've had almost every different Peugeot Rallye model and have enjoyed tinkering and doing trackdays in them.

A year or so ago, I decided I wanted a dedicated track car, so I have a Peugeot 205 with an Accord Type-R engine, fully custom suspension and a weld in roll cage. All it still requires are brakes, a radiator and a wiring loom. Hopefully it should be out and about at events this summer. For anyone interested please see the pictures below:

Well thanks for your time reading, I'm sure I'll be asking many basic questions in the coming weeks

Rich

Congratulations on your new car. I'm picking mine up on Saturday - it's going to be a long week.

Looking forward to hearing more about your S2000 and your track day toy too.

Hello and welcome.

The little Pug looks great; that mustn't have been cheap and looks very professional.

Hello, congratulations on your purchase, I'm an ex-pugger myself (well, I still have my 205 gti of 1984 vintage which I'll never sell - my first car!) Also owned GTI-6 and a 206 180..

You 205 sounds very interesting! Would like a go in that...

I think you'll certainly notice the difference in build quality in your new
S2000... Enjoy

That is an interesting combination!

Funny, I saw a ratty 205 GTi last night and I'd sort of forgotten about them.

They have a lot in common with S2000s; fantastic handling until they reverse through a hedge...
